01 Overview

Titrly ("the app," "we," "our") is a clinical calculator and reference tool for licensed healthcare professionals, published by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy describes how Titrly handles information when you use the app.

The most important thing to know is this: Titrly does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data, patient data, or usage data with us or with anyone else. The app has no server component. It performs every calculation locally on your device and never sends anything over the network.

02 Information We Collect

We collect nothing. There is no backend server for Titrly to send data to, so there is nothing for us — the developer — to receive, store, or process about you or your patients. Specifically, Titrly does not collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
  • Any patient information you enter into a calculator (weights, lab values, dosing inputs, or any other clinical figures)
  • Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or IP addresses
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics, screen views, or interaction logs
  • Crash reports or diagnostic logs sent to a remote server

Values you type into a calculator — a patient's weight, a lab result, a dose — are used only to compute the on-screen result and are never stored, logged, or transmitted anywhere, including by us. They exist in the app's memory for the duration of that calculation and are discarded once you navigate away or close the app.

03 Information Stored On Your Device

Titrly stores a small amount of data locally on your device, using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Specifically:

What's storedWhyWhere
Which calculators you've pinned to your favoritesSo your shortcuts persist between app launchesLocal device storage only (SwiftData)
Whether you've acknowledged the professional-use disclaimerSo you're not asked again on every launchLocal device storage only

Neither of these is personal data — they don't identify you, and no patient information is included. This data is stored in your device's local app sandbox, protected by iOS's standard app-level security, and is never synced to iCloud, backed up to any of our servers (we don't operate any), or shared with third parties.

04 No Analytics, Advertising, or Tracking

Titrly does not integrate any analytics SDK, advertising network, or tracking framework. We have no way of knowing how many people use the app, which calculators are opened, how long a session lasts, or any other usage metric, because no such data is ever generated or transmitted for us to see.

Titrly displays no advertisements and will never sell or rent any data to advertisers, because there is no data to sell in the first place.

05 No Account Required

Titrly does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any identifying information to use any feature of the app. Every calculator is available immediately on launch, after acknowledging the professional-use disclaimer described below.

06 Third-Party Services

Titrly does not embed any third-party software development kits (SDKs), libraries that phone home, or external services of any kind. It makes no network requests — not to us, not to Apple's analytics services beyond what iOS itself may collect at the operating-system level (governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not this one), and not to any other party.

07 Intended Use & Audience

Titrly is built for licensed healthcare professionals — physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and trainees under supervision — as a calculation and reference aid. It is not intended for use by patients or the general public to self-diagnose or self-treat, and it does not collect any information that would let us identify who is using it in a clinical capacity or otherwise.

Every calculator in the app cites its clinical source (a drug label, hospital protocol, or peer-reviewed publication) directly beside its result, and the app reminds users on first launch that it is a calculation aid rather than a substitute for independent clinical judgment.

08 Data Security

Because Titrly stores its (non-personal) local data using Apple's SwiftData framework within the app's private sandbox, it inherits the security protections of iOS itself: sandboxing, at-rest encryption tied to your device passcode, and isolation from other apps. Since nothing is transmitted off-device, there is no data-in-transit to secure and no server-side database that could be breached.

09 Your Data, Your Control

Because everything Titrly stores lives only on your device:

  • To clear your pinned calculators: unpin them individually from within the app, or delete and reinstall the app.
  • To delete all data associated with Titrly: simply delete the app from your device. Since nothing is stored remotely, this permanently and completely removes everything, with nothing left on any server anywhere (because none exists).

10 Children's Privacy

Titrly is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because we do not collect information from any user at all.

11 International Users

Titrly can be used anywhere the App Store is available. Because no personal data is collected, processed, or transferred, there is no cross-border data transfer for this policy to describe under frameworks such as the GDPR (EU/UK), PDPA (Thailand), or similar regional privacy laws — Titrly's "data flow" begins and ends on your own device.

12 Changes to This Policy

If Titrly's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds an optional cloud-sync feature — this policy will be updated first, with a new effective date, before that feature ships, and the update will clearly describe what changed and why. We recommend checking this page occasionally if you'd like to stay current, though given the app's local-only design, we don't expect frequent changes.

Getting Started

  1. Read and acknowledge the disclaimer

On first launch, Titrly shows a short professional-use disclaimer covering who the app is for, what it does (and doesn't) do, and why you should always verify results independently. Tap "I understand and agree" to continue — you'll only see this once.

  2. Browse by category, or search

The home screen groups every calculator into nine categories — ICU Drips, Onco/Hem, Renal, Cardio, ICU/Emergency, Peds/OB, General/Endo, Pulm, and GI Med. Tap a category card to see everything inside it, or use the search bar at the top to jump straight to a calculator by name.

  3. Pin your most-used calculators

Swipe right on any calculator in a list to reveal a Pin action. Pinned calculators appear in a dedicated section at the top of the home screen, so the ones you reach for during a shift are always one tap away.

  4. Enter values and read the result — with its source

Every calculator shows a Reference section at the bottom of its result with the citation behind the formula (an FDA label, a hospital protocol, or a peer-reviewed publication). If a result falls outside a commonly cited range, the card is flagged in amber or red so it's easy to notice at a glance.

What's Included

Titrly organizes its calculators into nine categories. Tapping into any calculator shows an input form, a live result, and its literature or protocol source.

ICU DripsVasopressors, sedation, paralytics & more
Onco/HemDosing, TLS risk, performance status
RenaleGFR, electrolyte correction, FENa
CardioStroke & bleeding risk, QTc, ACS scores

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Titrly a substitute for my own clinical judgment?

No. Titrly is a calculation and reference aid — it performs the arithmetic and shows you the published formula's result, but it does not make treatment decisions. Always cross-check results against your institution's own protocols and current prescribing information, and use your independent clinical judgment for every decision.

Where do the formulas come from?

Every calculator cites its specific source directly on the results screen — an FDA drug label, a hospital or society protocol, or a peer-reviewed journal article. Tap the Reference section at the bottom of any calculator to see the exact citation.

Does Titrly work without an internet connection?

Yes, fully. Titrly makes no network requests at all — every calculation happens entirely on your device, so it works identically with Wi-Fi, cellular data, or no connection.

Is my data private?

Yes. Titrly collects nothing — no account, no analytics, no patient data ever leaves your device. See the Privacy Policy section above for details.

What units does Titrly use?

Titrly uses metric clinical units throughout — kilograms for weight, centimeters for height, and standard lab units (mg/dL, mEq/L, mmHg, etc.) as specified on each calculator's input fields.

I think a formula or reference range is wrong. How do I report it?

Please email us right away at prowitinw2@gmail.com with the calculator name and what you believe is incorrect, ideally with a citation. Clinical accuracy is the highest priority for this app, and reports like this get looked at promptly.

Is Titrly a certified or regulated medical device?

No. Titrly is a clinical decision support reference tool: it displays its calculation basis and source alongside every result, and it's intended for use by licensed professionals who apply independent judgment rather than relying on the app's output alone. It does not analyze medical images or device signals, diagnose, or autonomously recommend treatment.

Who is Titrly built for?

Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare trainees under supervision. It's not designed for patients or the general public to self-diagnose or self-treat.

Does Titrly cost anything or show ads?

Titrly shows no advertisements. Refer to the App Store listing for current pricing information.

Reminder: reference ranges and "usual dose" bands shown in Titrly reflect commonly cited literature values, not a guarantee of safety for any specific patient. Always verify against your institution's protocol before making a clinical decision.
